How to Setup Online Registration Form?

Online registration form consist of 2 types which are Default Online Registration and Simplified Online Registration Form.

Differences between Default Online Registration Form and Simplified Online Registration Form:

Default Online Registration Form	Simplified Online Regsitration Form
consists all information (including mandatory data & non mandatory data)	only consists mandatory data
users allow to fill in all the informations needed for mandatory and non mandatory fills	users must fill in all the information needed in the form

Step 1: Click menu Settings>System Management

Step 2: Click Online Registration Setting. Choose either Default Online Registration Form or Simplified Online Registration Form. Then, click Update.
