  1. Terdapat beberapa isu yang mungkin berlaku kadangkala apabila pembayaran FPX pelanggan anda GAGAL, tetapi akaun banknya telah ditolak dengan jumlah tersebut.
  2. Jika ini berlaku:
  • Sila maklumkan kepada kami secepat mungkin dengan butiran terperinci supaya kami mengetahui isu tersebut. Maklumat yang kami perlukan ialah:
    1. Nombor invois
    2. Tarikh dan masa kejadian
    3. No. Rujukan FPX
    4. Nama bank pemprosesan
    5. Screenshot (jika ada)
  • Sila nasihatkan pelanggan anda untuk menghubungi bank pemprosesan mereka. Klik di sini (https://www.mepsfpx.com.my/FPXMain/contact.jsp) untuk melihat senarai butiran hubungan bank.
  • Jika kes masih belum selesai, sila nasihatkan pelanggan anda untuk menghubungi FPX di helpdesk@myclear.org.my

  1. There are a few issues that might happen sometimes when your customer’s FPX payment FAILS, but his bank account has been deducted with the amount.

  2. If this happens :

  • Kindly notify us as soon as possible with the details so that we are aware of the issue. The information we need is:

    1. Invoice number

    2. Date and time of incident

    3. No. FPX reference

    4. Processing bank name

    5. Screenshots (if available)

  • Please advise your customers to contact their processing bank. Click here (https://www.mepsfpx.com.my/FPXMain/contact.jsp) to view the list of the bank contact details.
  • If the case is still not settled, please advise your customers to contact FPX at helpdesk@myclear.org.my


Please take note that :

This is an issue between FPX and the banks. There is not much that we can do.
