2.1 Register Parents/Members


Step 1: Click Parents/Members menu at the left panel.




Step 2: Click New Member button to create a new member.




Step 3: Once user click New Member button, Add New Member form will appear. User need to fill in the information needed and click Create button to save the data.





2.1.1 How to View the Existing Parent/Memebr?


Step 1: Click the View icon at the Action section on Parents/Members page.

Step 2: Once user click the Edit icon, user able to view Member/Parent details. User also able to edit the member/parent details by clicking the Edit button. At this page, user able to manage Players and Documents.





2.2.2 How to Edit the Existing Parent/Member?


Step 1: Click the Edit icon at the Action section on Parents/Members page to edit the parent/member details.

Step 2: Once user click the Edit icon, Edit Member form will appear. User able to edit the member/parent details and click the Update button to save the data.





2.1.3 How to Change Password for Parent/Member Account?


Step 1: Click the Change Password icon at the Action section to change password for the parent/member account.

Step 2: Once user click the Change Password icon, the Change Password form will appear. User need to fill in the New Password and Confirm New Password. Once done, click the Submit button to save.




2.1.4 How to Delete the Exisiting Parent/Member?


Step 1: Click the Delete icon on the Action section to delete the parent/member data.

Step 2: Once user click the Delete icon, a delete message will appear as a confirmation.




2.1.5 Additional Feature for Parent/Member page


Step 1: Click the WhatsApp icon on the Action section at the Parents/Members page.

Step 2: Once user click the WhatsApp icon, it will linked to the WhatsApp API which user able to send message or announcement to the parent/member.

2.2 Register Students/Players/Assets


Step 1: Click Students/Players/Assets menu at the left panel.




Step 2: Click New Player button to create a new player data.




Step 3: Once user click the New Player button, Add New Player form will appear. Fill in the information needed and click Create button to save the data.




2.2.1 How to View the Existing Student/Player/Asset?


Step 1: Click the View button at the Action section on Players/Students/Assets page.

Step 2: Once user click View button, View Player page will appear. User able to edit player data by clicking the Edit button. At this page, user also able to manage Events, Members, Payment Details, and Documents.



i) Managing Events


 


Step 1: Click Add Event button to create a new event data.

Step 3: Click Status icon to set the player status by event.

Step 4: Click Discount icon to manage the Event Fee Discount.

Step 1: Click New Member button to create a new member data.

Step 4: Click Relationship icon to manage the relationship.

Step 1: Click Payment Details navigation to view the payment details

Step 1: Click New Document button to add new player's document.

2.2.2 How to Edit the Existing Student/Player/Asset?


Step 1: Click the Edit icon at the Action section on Players page to edit the player's details.

Step 2: Once user click the Edit icon, Edit Player form will appear. User able to update the player's details and click Update button to save the data.





2.2.3 How to Delete the Existing Student/Player/Asset?


Step 1: Click the Delete icon on Action section at the Players page to delete the player's data.

Step 2: Once user click the delete icon, a delete message will appear.

2.3 Announcement

Announcement is one of the new features that has been upgraded on Yuran.my System version 3 where admin role able to send message or announcement individually or broadcasting.


2.3 How to Create a New Announcement?

Step 1: Click the Announcement icon on the top of the Yuran.my System page.

Step 2: Once clicking the Announcement icon, an Announcement page will appear.



Step 3: Click the New Announcement button, and Add Announcement form will appear.

Step 4: At this page, user able to choose the Types of Announcement (Push-notification, Email, SMS, WhatsApp) and the Target users (all users, users, subjects, active-parents, active-trainers, active-staffs, active-students, inactive-students).


Step 5: Once selecting the Types (eg: Email), and Targets (eg: users), the Add Announcement form page will extending with the Target IDs and Email Notification to create the Announcement.



Step 6: After choosing your Target user and edit the Email form to create announcement, Click Create button to send the email to the targeting user.




2.3.2 How to View the Existing Announcement?


Step 1: The created email will appear on the Sentbox under the Announcement page. 




Step 2: Click on the Announcement that has been created to view more details about the announcement.



2.3.3 How to Delete the Existing Announcement?


Step 1: Click on the Delete icon to delete the created announcement at the Sentbox page.

Step 2: Once clicking the Delete icon, a delete message will appear as a confirmation.

2.4 Attendance

Attendance module is one of the new features in Yuran.my System version 3. This attendance feature will able to help in managing the class/event attendance.


2.4.1 How to Create a New Attendance?


Step 1: Click Programs > Classes/Events at the left panel under Management category.



Step 2: Click the View icon to create Attendance for the existing class. If the class is not existing yet, user able to create a new class by clicking the New Class button.

Step 3: Once clicking the View icon, View Classes page will appear.



Step 4: Click the Attendance navigation. Then, Attendance page will appear.

Step 5: Click the New Attendance button, Add New Attendance form will appear.

Step 6: The created attendance will appear on the Attendance page.



2.4.2 How to Edit the Existing Attendance?


Step 1: Click the Edit icon at the Action section Attendance page.

Step 2: Once clicking the Edit icon, Edit Attendance form will appear. User able to change the information and click Update button to save.




2.4.3 How to Manage the Existing Attendance?


Step 1: Click the Students icon at the Action section Attendance page.

Step 2: Once clicking the Students icon, Student Attendance form will appear.



Step 3: At this page, user able to tick the student who attending the class/event, and write the remark as a references or reasons for not attending the class.



2.4.4 How to End Session for the Existing Attendance?


Step 1: Click the End icon at the Action section Attendance page.

Step 2: Once clicking the End icon, a message will appear as confirmation to end the class session.



Step 3: If user click the END button, the class session will be ended and recorded.




2.4.5 How to Delete the Existing Attendance?


Step 1: Click the Delete icon at the Action section Attendance page.

Step 2: Once clicking the Delete icon, a delete message will appear as a confirmation.
